Data we process

We process only the data we need for the purposes below.

• E-mail: when you write to us, the content of your e-mail, your e-mail address and any details you give (for example company, GPU, quantity, term, location).
• Partner application: the details you enter in the form on the partners page (company, website, headquarters, contact person, role, business e-mail, data center locations, GPU models and quantities, pricing models, price list or API, certifications, type of cooperation, message).
• Server logs: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system, collected automatically by our hosting provider when you visit the website.
• Settings in your browser: your display currency (cookie ccy) and your choice in the cookie notice (local storage of the browser).

Purposes

We use your data to answer requests, prepare offers, provide and invoice bookings, run and secure the website, meet legal duties such as sanctions screening and accounting, and improve our services.

Requests are made by e-mail. The only form that transmits data is the partner application: it sends your details to us by e-mail. The website does not store them in a database. To block abuse, the IP address is held briefly in memory to limit the number of submissions; it is not stored.

Legal bases

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we rely on Art. 6(1)(b) for contract performance and steps prior to a contract, Art. 6(1)(c) for legal obligations, and Art. 6(1)(f) for our legitimate interests in running a secure website and in business communication.

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) we process data in line with its principles. Where required, we rely on a justification such as contract performance or overriding interest.

Cookies

The website sets one functional cookie, ccy, only when you choose a display currency; it stores that choice for one year. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Recipients

We share data only where needed for the purposes above. Data center and cloud providers receive the data required for a booking only once you book capacity with them.

Hosting: Vercel Inc., USA, operates the website on our behalf (processor). Vercel processes server logs and may process them outside Switzerland and the EU; the transfer is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (to be confirmed by legal counsel).

E-mail: Infomaniak Network SA, Switzerland, hosts our mailboxes (processor). E-mails you send us and our replies are stored there.

Form delivery: Resend Inc., USA, delivers the partner application to our mailbox on our behalf (processor). Resend may process the data outside Switzerland and the EU; the transfer is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (to be confirmed by legal counsel).

Fonts, images and videos are stored with the website itself. Visiting the website sends no data to font, video or image services of third parties.

Prices come from our own price engine on servers in the EU. Your browser does not contact it; it receives no personal data.

We use no analytics, advertising or tracking services.

Authorities receive data only where the law requires it.

Transfers abroad

Intelaris serves customers in several countries. Where data is transferred to a country without an adequate level of data protection, we use recognized safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, adapted for Switzerland where needed.

Customer workload data stays in the country the customer has chosen.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose or as required by law. Requests without a resulting contract are deleted after a reasonable period. Accounting records are kept for the statutory retention period.

Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes and then deleted.

Your rights

Within the limits of applicable law you have the following rights. To exercise them, write to info@intelaris.ch.

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in the EU the authority in your country of residence or work.

EU representative

Whether Intelaris must appoint a representative in the EU under Art. 27 GDPR, and who that will be, is being assessed. To be confirmed by legal counsel.

Security

We protect data with technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted transmission, access controls and the principle of least privilege.

No system is completely secure. We review our measures regularly and adapt them as the platform grows.

Changes

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The current version is always published on this page.
