GPU cloud for the public sector
GPU capacity for public administrations, with location and provider ownership documented.

Context
Administrations use AI for translation, document processing and services for citizens. Many run these models on their own data and need GPU capacity for it.
Public bodies must be able to justify where data is processed, which law applies to the provider and how the service was procured.
Rules
Overview of key rules, starting with Europe and Switzerland. Not legal advice. Have your obligations reviewed by legal counsel.
NIS2, Directive (EU) 2022/2555

US authorities can request data from providers subject to US law, regardless of where the data is stored. Ownership of the provider matters.
